Their mission is to represent and promote the best interests of the regional business community and its members by working to improve the economic climate, business environment and community image of the Chicago Southland region.

Business Situation

The organization’s website was outdated and didn’t give viewers information on all of the benefits the organization had to offer. The organization also wanted a website to help streamline their operations. This required a re-design that would enable their staff to maintain news and events along with the management of customer relations. An additional requirement was the ability for members to maintain their own profile.

Solution

The newly designed interactive website provides the organization with a new look and cutting edge presence on the web. Prospective members can now get up-to-date information on everything the organization has to offer and also sign up online. The online application enables a new member to sign up and pay their dues online. The membership and administrative modules serve as a customer relationship manager for the organization.

Current members of the organization can log into the website and keep their information up to date. Members can also search for other members and send them email correspondence without leaving the website. Members can specify the information they want to receive from the chamber. This added feature saves both the members and the organization time.
